Add $25 to monthly fees for each day/week
example:  3 days/week = $75 per month

Enrollment

A completed enrollment form, including health and immunization records are required for each child.  Children enrolled in the Three-Year-Old program and above must be potty- trained.

Registration Fees & Program Payments

The non-refundable enrollment and supply fees guarantee the child a place in the program. Statements of account will be issued at the first of each month. Please pay within the week of receipt of this statement. It is not Good Shepherd’s wish to profit from anyone’s misfortune of monetary shortfall; therefore, no late fees will ever be assessed. Other arrangements will need to be made until payment is made.  At that time, attendance may resume.
